Precision Prep AI is a software-as-a-service platform that provides AI-powered fitness coaching tools, nutrition tracking, training programming, physique assessments, and a coach directory. The platform is designed for individual users, athletes, and independent fitness coaches.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
All content, features, functionality, design, code, AI models, algorithms, training methodologies, branding, and documentation on the Service are the exclusive property of Precision Prep AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Service without our prior written consent.

Coaches listed on Precision Prep AI are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Precision Prep AI. We do not employ, certify, or endorse any coach on the platform. Coaches are solely responsible for the advice, programming, and services they provide to their clients. Precision Prep AI is not liable for any actions, advice, or conduct of any coach.
Coaches agree to provide accurate profile information, maintain professional conduct, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to fitness coaching in their jurisdiction.
The Service provides AI-generated recommendations and tools for fitness, nutrition, and training purposes. This content is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fitness program, making dietary changes, or using any supplements or compounds referenced on the platform.
Precision Prep AI is not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from the use of information or tools provided through the Service.
You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, training logs, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Precision Prep AI a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not sell or share your content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Coach subscription fees and client billing are managed through Stripe Connect and are subject to Stripe's terms of service.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to:

Your notice must include: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material and its location on the Service, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Precision Prep AI and its owner, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
